The game's second season will include four special operations updates, of which one will be The Call. With a full reveal coming on Monday, it seems that the Splinter Cell- Ghost Recon crossover will be part of Ubisoft's Year 2 plans for Wildlands, which officially starts with an update on Tuesday, April 10 - just one day after Sam Fisher's special operations reveal. Unfortunately, he was replaced by Eric Johnson for Splinter Cell: Blacklist in 2013, but it appears that Ironside is returning to voice the character once again.
